Lockdown Community information

During the Coronavirus lockdown Nairn folk and Highland’s local authorities have been busy setting up local support systems to help  communities to cope and to help each other in lockdown
Nairn River Community Council has tried to gather some of the most useful information here

Hundreds of local volunteers have signed up to the  community led Nairn Task Force to help their housebound neighbours with shopping and dogwalking and collecting prescriptions
Nairn Task Force has gathered lots of useful information in one place on the Nairn BID website  www.nairnconnects.com 

This includes
information on local shops and other businesses who have adapted their \’offer\’ to cater for home deliveries and to help Nairnites to stay close to home and shop local to support local businesses

Latest information from Highland Council, the Scottish Government and NHS Highland who have been working hard to look after the sick and vulnerable in our communities
