1 The top two are for Scottish Water works. They reduce the Lochloy Road to single lane for the duration of the road project.
2 The below four plans are for both Scottish Water and Amey/Traffic Scotland. They clearly show that both Lochloy Road and the A96 will be reduced to single lanes at the same time. From previous events (recently the plate on the bridge) when the A96 is single lane only tailbacks are excessive. With Lochloy Road and the A96 reduced the tailbacks may be unimaginable.
